(Senior) Manager (M/F/D) Group Accounting Global

Location

New company headquarters in Garching (near Munich), Bavaria.

YOUR TASKS

  • Independent and timely preparation of monthly and annual consolidated financial statements according to IFRS, including notes

  • Further development and implementation of group-wide accounting policies

  • Accounting-specific projects and special topics, such as M&A, implementation of new accounting standards

  • Contact person for international accounting issues

  • Contact person for auditors and external consultants

  • Participation in the preparation of budgets and forecasts

  • Participation in the further development of reporting, systems (e.g., consolidation software), and processes.

YOUR PROFILE

  • Completed degree in economics, ideally with a focus on (international) accounting

  • Several years of professional experience in an international corporate environment or in a consulting or auditing firm

  • Very good knowledge in the field of international accounting (IFRS) as well as HGB v Independent, structured, and results-oriented working style

  • Team player with social competence

  • Very good English skills, both written and spoken

  • Very good knowledge of MS Office, especially MS Excel and PowerPoint.
