Expert and Project Manager IT Global (m/f/d) – Main Business Applications (ERP, Bi, CRM etc.)
YOUR TASKS
Leading IT projects on a local or global level, especially in the area of Main Business Applications – i.e. our most important business applications (ERP, BI, CRM, etc.) or participating in such IT-related projects
Responsibility for allocated project budgets
Manage the main business applications including server maintenance, software installations and system upgrades in cooperation with other IT team members
Analyze and solve technical problems in connection with the main business applications in cooperation with internal IT colleagues and external solution partners
Support of users in the area of Main Business Applications
Minor programming work in the area of Main Business Applications
Documenting business processes and mapping them in existing or future IT systems
Ensuring compliance with internal and external compliance rules, including data protection and IT security, with regard to our Main Business Applications
Support digitization of business processes
Regular reporting to the Main Business Applications Team Leader or the Director IT Global.
YOUR PROFILE
Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, e.g. computer science – ideally with a business focus
At least 3 years of hands-on experience in designing and managing such Main Business Applications - ERP, BI, CRM, etc., ideally based on MS technology for ERP/CRM (MS Dynamics 365 Business Central and MS Dynamics 365 Sales) and Qlik Sense for BI
Hands-on experience with SQL databases (e.g. MS SQL Server)
Programming skills in development environments in the field of Main Business Applications
General methodological expertise in relation to project management
Basic knowledge of IT infrastructure (operating systems – ideally MS Windows, LAN/WAN, Cloud and SaaS)
Excellent analytical skills and the ability to identify and solve technical problems
Efficient communication with different stakeholders of a technical and non-technical nature
